Professional Development Coaching

The challenge of trying to solve a problem, face a dilemma, or manage a difficult situation is familiar to everyone. My coaching sessions can help you to see the bigger picture of the question and get to the heart of what is stopping you moving forwards.

Through an open and empathetic conversation I can help you to explore new ideas, take important decisions, deepen your understanding of others and move forwards with confidence. 

I am not an expert in your field and I do not have any insight to your challenges. What I can do is help you find the answers for yourself, unlock your own expertise and instincts, and maximise your own talents and abilities. 

Every conversation is confidential and I will apply my own blank page thinking to ensure that you are heard and can find your way.

Team Development

With over 20 years of experience leading teams and working with artists, I offer customised workshops, discussions, and activities that help improve teamwork, cooperation, and how team members support each other, whether within management or across artist groups. 

 

I know it can be tough to develop strong team practices while juggling your own goals and organisational pressures, so I take the time to understand your team’s unique dynamics, personalities, and challenges. 

 

My sessions are tailored to what your team needs and usually include exploring what motivates everyone, uncovering hidden strengths, understanding individual needs and boundaries, and creating a shared vision for your goals - helping your team work together more smoothly and confidently.

Change Management

By fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving among colleagues, I help teams achieve improvements, implement staff reorganisations, and adapt to leadership changes and new working practices.

 

Guiding people through periods of change and challenge requires care, compassion, and time. As an external, impartial supporter, I can help lay the groundwork for successful change management and work closely with teams and individuals to ensure everyone has a positive experience during transitions. 

 

Whether leading processes, facilitating staff consultations, developing professional growth plans, or establishing performance review systems, I bring a compassionate approach, a broad perspective, and a clear sense of purpose to supporting positive change.

Working with Craig

In-Person or Online

I can support you and your team in-person or online, depending on your needs and location, whether in office or activity settings. I am also happy to work in office and activity environments.

Session Options

I offer Professional Development Coaching in 1-hour sessions, with a minimum of five sessions in a block to provide individuals with dedicated space to grow and succeed.

For team development, I facilitate a variety of sessions, from half-day activities to multi-day programs, tailored to meet your team’s specific needs.
